SNYDER GEOLOGIC is lead by Mr. Scott Snyder, a California-registered Professional Geologist and Certified Hydrogeologist with 18 years of experience managing and providing technical oversight of environmental due diligence, site characterization, remediation, storm water monitoring, and resource development and protection services. He is also a California Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner and a Registered Geologist in Arizona. The firm is a registered Arizona firm approved to do business in Arizona.

Mr. Snyder acts as regulatory liaison to support private parties, redevelopment agencies, transportation agencies, school districts, and local, regional, state and federal governmental entities on high-profile site assessment and remediation projects. He is the technical lead for water resource development work.
Mr. Snyder's technical expertise includes site assessment and characterization of soil, soil vapor, and groundwater; risk assessment; remedial feasibility studies and remedial action plans; serving as regulatory liaison for redevelopment and cleanup projects; mitigation and monitoring programs; QA/QC oversight; expert witness testimony; development of data quality objectives; and preparation and technical oversight of closure plans, corrective action plans, sampling and analysis plans, and quality assurance project plans.

Mr. Snyder has served as contract/project manager and/or principal-in-charge on environmental engineering projects for redevelopment agencies and numerous municipal and state governmental entities, including the U.S. Navy (NAVFAC), California Department of Transportation, school districts, water districts, and municipal agencies.

Mr. Snyder has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geosciences from Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Sciences degree in Geology from the University of Houston.
